Boris Johnson tells David Cameron: Get rid of EU barnacles,

Boris Johnson will tonight urge David Cameron to press ahead with redefining Britain’s relationship with the European Union by “getting rid of some of the barnacles that have become attached to the hull”.
The Mayor will set the stage for the Prime Minister’s long-awaited speech on our future links with Brussels in Amsterdam tomorrow.
Throwing his weight behind the Prime Minister, Mr Johnson is expected to tell London government leaders: “We want to complete the single market — which everyone supports — and we want to get rid of some of the barnacles that have become attached to the hull.
